Unity&Care , Ch-f. (“Unity&Care ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates to serve all site visitors. That goal powers all of the decisions we make, including how we gather and respect personal information. This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) exists to be as clear and straightforward as possible, because we know that you (“You,” “user,” “site user,” or “valued user”) care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy applies to all information received by Unity&Care, both online and offline, on any Platform, (“Platform”, includes the Unity&Care website, mobile applications, social media, and Unity&Care -associated linked sites), as well as any electronic, written, or verbal communications.

We will not sell, share or trade our users names or Personal Information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our users on behalf of other organizations. This Users Privacy Policy applies to all information received by Unity&Care, both online and offline, on any Platform, as well as any electronic, written, or verbal communications.

By visiting Unity&Care and/or using our Services, you agree to the terms (“Terms”) of this Privacy Policy and our accompanying Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use (collectively, this “Agreement”), please do not use the Unity&Care website. 

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use ("Terms of Use").

4. Identity Confiramtion

1. To confirm your identity, we may ask you for the following types of documents: Passport, passport selfies, your tax number or credit card number (only those credit card details you need for the money transfer) and IBAN;

In addition to the Personal Information, we and our Partners may collect additional information that does not personally identify you (“Other Information”). Other Information may include information collected:

From Your Activity.  Information that we or our Partners may automatically collect when you visit, access, and/or use the Platform, including, but not limited to your IP address, Internet service provider, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, which sections of the Unity&Care or Partner website you visit.

5. Fraud Security

For security purposes, we may share personal information with law enforcement and banking authorities if fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
We make regular security improvements and are concerned about our own reputation.
